Mit unserem neuen Song „Wach auf“ wagten wir sich nun auch an die Epik heran, denn die Lyrik steckt voller Dramatik.
With our new song “Wach auf” (wake up) we dare to approach the epic, because the lyric is full of drama.
Im Song wird ein Albtraum beschrieben, inspiriert von Dantes Inferno, denn im Song wird die Reise der Seele aus der Dunkelheit ins Licht metaphorisch beschrieben, bei der es um Scheidewege, Irrtümer, Angst, Gewalt, Begierden und Betrug geht und letztendlich die Sünde beschreiben soll.
Die Idee zum Song kam wie ein Geistesblitz, passt er doch genau in diese seltsame Zeit, bei der man oft nicht mehr weiß, was ist richtig, was ist falsch? Wie geht es weiter? Die Angst und gar Panik ist in vielen Gesichtern zu sehen!
Die Produktion wurde von den beiden Künstlern Joachim Bischof aus dem Salzburger Land und Cem Atalay mit ihrem starken Chorsatz unterstützt.
Das Video ist eine liebevoll zusammengestellte Collage aus passenden (weit über 100) Footages der Stock-Videoszene. Der Grund? Videodrehs mit Personen, Hygienekonzepten und ständigen Tests hätten hier einfach den Zeitrahmen und das Budget gesprengt.
„Wach auf“ stellt auch eine Metapher dar für alle Lebensbereiche, hier kann sich jeder Mensch mal selbst hinterfragen, ob er denn das Richtige tut und welche Konsequenzen sein Handeln trägt.
Die beiden Künstler von HerzKarussell, Sylvia Frey und Fritz Rach, haben für diesen Song nicht nur unzählige Stunden investiert, sondern gingen auch wieder mit viel Herzblut an ihre Arbeit, die auch ihre Berufung ist: Den Menschen Lieder zu geben, die wachrütteln, die bewegen, die motivieren, die Gefühle auslösen, die Mut machen, die Trost spenden, wenn es im Leben turbulent wird, wir sitzen doch alle im Karussell ??

The song describes a nightmare, inspired by Dante's Inferno, because in the song the journey of the soul from darkness into light is metaphorically seen, which is about crossroads, errors, fear, violence, desires and deceit. All this is supposed to describe the sin.
The idea for the song came like a flash of inspiration, the song fits exactly into this strange time, where you no longer know, what is right and what is wrong.
Some People wonder: “what's next”? The fear and even panic can be seen in many faces!
The production was supported by two artists: Mr. Joachim Bischof from the Salzburger Land (Austria) and Mr. Cem Atalay, with their strong choral singing.

“Wake up” is also a metaphor for all areas of life, here everyone can ask themselves whether they are doing the right thing and what the consequences are.
The two artists from HerzKarussell, Sylvia Frey and Fritz Rach, not only invested a lot of work time for this song, thy also put her heart and soul into their work. It is their vocation, to give people songs, which can awake the people, which can motivate them, which can trigger feelings, which can give you courage and consolation, when life gets turbulent, because we all turn in a circle, we all are sitting in a carousel. Sometimes it goes up, sometimes it goes down.
